The KJC 7shifts connector is an internal tool of KJ Cafes. Only KJ Cafes staff signing in with their own kjcafes.com email can use it.
The scheduling and workforce data it reads and writes stays in 7shifts and in KJ Cafes' own encrypted storage on Cloudflare (used for backups and change records). It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
The connector keeps a log of which actions each signed-in person took (for example "listed shifts", "edited a time punch"), not the content of their questions. Social security numbers, bank details, home addresses and full birth dates are never shown.
